Judging commences at 12.30p.m. & must start on time

All dogs must be on a lead and vaccinated.

CLASS 109: The Irish Shows Association & Oughterard show Society Present Qualifier for THE GAIN DOG FOOD

 ALL IRELAND CHAMPIONSHIP

Sponsored by: GAIN FOODS       Prize Fund: € 500.

RULES AND CONDITIONS:

1..Toy or miniature dog any breed to be handled by child under 15 years. 109A

2. Large dog any breed to be handled by teenager or adult. 109B

3. One dog from each class to qualify.

4. Dogs in final not eligible to compete in other classes at Clonaslee Show.

5. These rules should be read in conjunction with the Irish Shows Association rules.

ENTRY FEE: To Qualifying Show € 3.00           To Final € 6.00

Prizes: 1st € 100; 2nd € 50; 3rd € 30; 4th € 20 (in each class).

Gain Dog Food Perpetual Trophy for the champion dog.

Gain Dog Food Product will be presented to each finalist.

GUN DOG GROUP

CLASS 110: RETRIEVERS:- Labradors, Golden etc.

CLASS 111: SPANIELS:-  Cocker, English Springer & Irish Water etc

CLASS 112: POINTERS & SETTERS: German Short haired Pointer, Irish Setter etc

TERRIER GROUP

CLASS 113: Jack Russell .

CLASS 114: Recognised Breed: Irish, Cairn, Airedale, West Highland,  Glen of Imaal, Fox Terrier, etc

CLASS 115:  Terrier Cross Breed

HOUNDS GROUP

CLASS 116:  Greyhound, Whippet, Otter Hound, Irish Wolf hound, Afghan, Basset Hound, Dachshund etc.

PUPPY GROUP

CLASS 117: Any variety (Puppies must be vaccinated).

“Puppies will not be judged under  6 months”.

TOY GROUP

CLASS 118:  Cavalier King Charles , Yorkshire Terrier, Poms, Pugs, Pekinese etc

UTILITY GROUP

CLASS 119:  Akita, Boston Terrier, Dalmation, Poodle, Chow Chow, Bull Dog, Shih Tzu etc

WORKING GROUP

CLASS 120: German Shepherd, Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, Rottweiler etc

CLASS 121: Boxer, Schnauzer, St Bernard, Dobermann etc

CLASS 122: Any other Variety (Working)                        

PASTORAL GROUP

CLASS 123: Border Collie,

 CLASS 124: Rough Collie, Shetland Sheepdog,

CLASS 125: Any other variety eg  Old English sheepdog, Corgi, Pyrenean Mountain dog, etc.

NOVELTY GROUP

CLASS 126:  Dog handled by a child under 8 years of age.  (emphasis will be on handling)

CLASS 127: Dog handled by child between 8 and 12 yrs (emphasis will be on handling)

CLASS 128:  Veteran Dogs aged 8 years and over.

CLASS 129: Dog I would  like to take home.

CLASS 130:  Re-homed dogs (all breeds).
